the closest thing i can think of is a trailer park, besides that i dont think white people exist in the ghetto unless they cracked out, a slu or they literally own the apartment buildings

from my understanding chicago had some legitimate white hoods from back in the day. someone from chicago could probably shed more light.

boston had and probably always will have white street gangs n the such.

i can't speak much for other places. in southern california theres definately white gangs, but they dont have "hoods" and control territory like black or mexican gangs. google PEN1, they probably the most active of the "white street gangs". mostly deal, use, and cook meth. i ran into a few of these guys in orange county.

also iono if it counts, but white biker gangs like hells angels. if you would consider that a "gang". they're def tough guys.
