Plenty of teams have consistently won 9-10 games per year and were still considered mediocre. UGA's entire season went to shyt after Chubb went down. UTK is just young and could possibly have an idiot at HC. And UF, see UGA. Just replace Chubb with Grier and he wasn't even all that great. Plus factor in a HC who won't tailor his offense to a QB who really sucks. There's no way he should have that kid throwing over 30x a game
