Yup, it was for our anniversary and i was tired of the same ole $20-$30 per person joints that we usually go to..so i purposely looked for an upscale restuarant..not gonna lie shyt kind of had me like as i swiped my debit card..but the look on the cacs face when i payed that bill like it aint shyt was worth more then money can buy

Platter of crab legs, crab sauce, rice veggies.. 2 drinks one was a raspberry mojito.

I would do it again but not for that. It was good, but there are tons other other places to spend that money on for great unique food.

Sometimes I'll tip 100% depending on how much that henny got me. I only do that for black waiters/waitresses. Cacs on the other hand, 15% if you're lucky .

sometimes it be like that tho. I usually set an amount in my head of what I'm trying to spend. You can spend crazy $$$ here in NY but there are a TON of spots that serve good food, have a chill vibe and are extremely affordable too. I've been to spots where the bill is like $60-70 and the food was meh and in my mind, i'm thinking that I could spend $8 bucks on a Tendercrisp value meal from Burger King and been satisfied. But, if you're rolling solo, you eat whatever you want but you can't pull that shyt on a date obviously.

Thankfully, Yelp is a good resource and you can see the menu in advance. When I'm out with a chick, even my female friends who are gonna break bread anyway, I ALWAYS pick a venue. Even better if its a spot you've been to before because you feel more comfy there.
