Many are latching on to immigration.
Probably because with more brown people coming into the country and having all these children, inevitably they'll form a powerful demographic that could threaten the status quo/ white supremacy.
Of course, certain coli brehs would argue that many Latinos view themselves as whites anyway. But from the American Caucasian perspective that isn't he case.
Globalization and awful trade deals like NAFTA is accelerating a lot of these immigrant/racist narratives in the white community and media...because the two former are arguably (part of) the root of the latter.
