Whats the Point in Making Threads now if they don't get Featured anymore?

It was a small matter that fueled my threads. Now the number of great threads have died down because the great posters have no further incentive or competitive drive to post great topics because they took away the Featured Thread page. Now look at us. Look at TLR, its a sad and struggling place, absent of its former glory, forced to waver along in this stagnant state.

Instead of classic threads like @Buckeye Fever's basketball thread or @Dank 's infamous stuck in mattress thread, we have threads like these

doing no numbers, wasting further and further away destined to decompose and become lost to the thousands of pages that follow page 1 of TLR.

Never have I seen so many threads quickly succumb and fall to page 2, 3 and even 4 in a span of mere minutes like I have during this time following the removal of the Featured Thread page. @YaThreadFloppedB! 's work has multiplied 10 fold and I fear the breh has become overwhelmed with the impossible task of cleansing the coli of dead threads.

@cook @Brooklynzson we beg of you. We know your work is plentiful, but for the betterment of the coli, this needs to come back ASAP.
