What's the reason for titles like The Legend of Zelda not coming to PC?

I think there is definitely a market for these games. Steam would eat up the Mario series and The Legend Of Zelda @ the right prices. I'm thinking its mostly to get people to buy the 3DS/Wii u consoles to play the games.
