Agreed but i don't quite get ppl in here talmbout having these big ass beds being the universal norm.

As a single, slightly smaller guy (5'9, 180 lbs) that occasionally has females stay over, I find a full to be perfectly fine. I know so many people that got beat spending thousands of $$$ on garbage mattresses just because they were large rather than spending that same amount of money on something of exponentially higher quality but a size down.

You can get a good quality queen memory foam bed off amazon or other online sellers for $250-300

Zinus, just copped a queen bed for $270 two months ago. Usually I have problems sleeping through the night but I’ve gotten the best sleep I’ve had in years on this mf @Mega

I agree I dropped close to $2000 on a zero g gravity adjustable bed/base. The base has a built in massager too.

For this grown ass man, the smallest bed I will sleep on, inside MY house, is a Cali King!

But, I have a master bedroom with a lot of room, so it makes sense to buy a large bed. Plus, I grew up on Queen and smaller sized beds, so I felt that it was time to upgrade and get something large enough to fit the length of my body.

As for anyone else, I say sleep on what you can afford to sleep on, but if you do own a large bed, then at least have enough room for it to fit inside the room as well as have enough room for you to maneuver around the bed.

I have a Cali king memory foam and it’s tops. 3 people could easily sleep in this thing.

Got a pillow top, maybe I should look into a foam topper. Only thing I'll say against cali king is it can be a pain finding mattress cover sheets/sheet sets that fit the dimensions in a lot of stores. Reg kings always come off
