Whats The Weirdest/Most Obscure Japanese Game To Get An Official English Release?

R.A.D (Robot Alchemic Drive) has to be one of the most unlikely games to ever get an official english release (it even got a dub) especially for the time in the early 2000's when it was a 50/50 chance if a Japanese game was ever going to get translated.

I remember renting this game from blockbuster. it was pretty good the gameplay was unique as hell (and still is)

Trails in the Sky has got to be up there. The amount of dialogue that has to be translated for these games is insane. Plus considering how hard Sky FC flopped, it is a miracle that we ever got Sky SC before the series found commercial success with the Cold Steel games.
