Michael Rappaport as a Floridian crime boss in Justified. You got the most New York, New York actor who's mostly done comedic work doing the worst twangy southern accent ever heard and plus he wasn't intimidating at all and he was a major antagonist that season. I was scratching my head as to why Raylon cared about dude so much. He's a black eye on a show that otherwise was well cast with no shortage of great villains.

Danny Pino in Mayans Arguably the least convincing gangster character I've ever seen. No matter what grimy shyt they have him do I don't believe him as a cartel head. He would've been better off cast as law enforcement or another straight-laced character.
