Not a series known for the characters making smart decisions most of the time.
Yeah, I know there are tons to choose from so it's a tough call, but some of the ones I can think of -
Not even going to go into Dragonball Super since I'd need like 15 more poll options
but what do you have as the single worst decision by a DBZ character?
I think I gotta go with them not just preventing the Androids in the first place because Goku and Vegeta wanted a fight. Yeah you would expect them to make a decision like that but the other characters should've just done it anyway; they would get over it.
Risk a terrible future timeline happening to appease some Saiyans who are obsessed with fighting, brehs.
Yeah, I know there are tons to choose from so it's a tough call, but some of the ones I can think of -
- Piccolo: Being a chatty patty about the Dragonballs while Raditz was dying, which led to Vegeta and Nappa (and later Frieza) finding out about them and coming to Earth.
- Vegeta and Nappa: Playing games and waiting for Goku to return instead of just killing everybody. Typical Vegeta arrogance, but still.
- The Z fighters: Letting Gohan travel to Namek in the first place. I don't care that he's half Saiyan, he was like 6 or 7 and had no business there to be honest.
- Frieza: Continually sending
goons after Vegeta and the Z fighters and letting them get zenkai boosts when he was easily strong enough to kill them himself in 10 seconds
- Goku: Not killing Frieza when he had the chance. Typical Goku decision.
- The Z fighters: Deciding to train to fight the Androids instead of just using the Dragonballs to find Dr. Gero and stop him from releasing them in the first place. Typical Saiyan decision but the other characters should've told them to kick rocks.
- Vegeta: Being arrogant and trying to fight 18 despite Trunks warning. Predictable and completely avoidable L.
- Krillin: Destroying the remote that could've deactivated 18. Not like he couldn't have wished her back or something once Cell was out of the picture if it was that serious.
- Vegeta: Letting Cell reach his perfect form. Typical Vegeta decision, but one of the worst ones.
- Goku: Giving Cell a Senzu Bean. Kind of worked out in the end, but still a very dumb move.
- Gohan: Not killing Cell when he had the chance and giving him a chance to self destruct.
- Vegeta: Letting himself get posessed by Babidi because he's having a midlife crisis
- Gohan: Letting Buu trick him into getting absorbed.
- Goku: Saving Mr. Satan and Dende instead of his sons. It worked out but was still a terrible decision at the time.

ego always getting his ass into trouble.
how many times have we seen him brag he's the best but they dont realize it's a vast universe and there's always someone better than you out there...

at Goku and Cell's fight, Gohan was on some
because he was at a way higher level than Goku even at SSJ1. Goku's mistake was not realizing Gohan would start acting like a hoe and refuse to fight.
