Torn ACL 
Forehead split. Just had stitches. That one looked a lot worse than it really was cuz there was a lot of blood. Didn't hurt.
Got my leg sliced open. i was running and like i didn't even realize what happened till i felt something on my leg, looked down, i was leaking could see my bone and everything. Just got stitches on that too. i didn't even feel it.
Recently strained muscle in my back and that was bad. Felt like i would never be able to walk normal again. Healed in a couple weeks.
Most painful thing i ever felt was infected wisdom tooth. Hurt more then any purely physical pain could.

In 3rd grade during recess I was on one of those small scooter things from gym and fell on my face.
Messed up my mouth so bad that I couldn't talk or eat properly for like a week and had to get my two front teeth fixed
I was drooling all over the place 
Another time I was climbing the backyard fence, slipped, and fell on my dad's lawnmower. My leg was super bloody and I was in so much pain

Tore my ligaments in my left ankle, tore my left meniscus and probably something else, may have a partial tear on my right Achilles' tendon.

Missed my finger up playing football in the 10th grade. It was swollen so I thought it was jammed. Got it x-rayed and it was fractured.
Same school year on the last day of school I was taking the trash out in these sloppy af1s and I slipped going down the steps. I didn't fall but my shoe flew off and I hit my big toe. So much pain. I broke it. I just went back in the crib and chilled. I never went to the doctor to get it fixed. Till this day my big toe is a little bit bigger than the other.

I got jumped by 3 Koreans outside of a nightclub after a break dance battle. nikkas caught me with a wind mill kick to the chin. I got my jaw popped locked and had to get a prosthetic head.
A broken heart.
I did burn my middle and ring finger when I touched some sort of humidifier machine at my grandparents the day before my first birthday. Fingers still have the scar too. Other than asthma as a young kid, I can't think of any other times I've been to the hospital.
Honestly, I have a really good sense of self-preservation so I've never really had a bad injury. 
Worst I had was maybe jamming my finger playing basketball as a kid, and it wasn't really THAT bad. Though, when I had braces, that shyt was rough. It wasn't so much the degree of pain, but the consistency and frustration when you want to eat.
