Myself and four homies will be in the Bay Area on New Years, is there anything cool to do up there? It's five of us so I'm thinking a club wouldn't really work, we'd rather do something outdoors where we could mingle with some females but I'm open to all suggestions.

Pretty sure there will be block parties and shyt. They usually blast music and have like 20 food trucks out by Lake Merritt where people dance outside and eat and socialize.

I dunno I never go out , we used to go to the embarcadero when I was young to watch the fireworks that's about it

Me and the wife are going to the Black Comedy Explosion at the Paramount in Downtown Oakland. All the bars around there should be cracking pretty hard. New Parish, New Karibbean City, Somar, Leige, Legionnaire Saloon, Era, The District, and Make Westing would all be good places to ring it in. If it's not raining, you should be able to just walk around the Broadway area and enjoy yourselves.
