Whats up with all these hard to find classics being reissued?

Was on Ughh a minute ago and saw that Masta Ace's long hot summer is being reissued on November. Also saw Soul on ice is being reissued. Also saw on amazon that Blu's below the heavens was reissued too. What gives?
