Not only this... we didn't use to eat all the time. Our bodies are built for endurance. We fail at almost every other physical attribute compared to most animals, except endurance.

Like Horses, we sweat to regular our temperature to maintain our high performance in physical activity. Horses are obviously have better physiques but we are better are temp regulations because we have more sweat glands across our body. We arguably have better endurance, pound for pound than horses because we require less food to operate at the same levels.

And like dogs and horses, we produce endorphins when we run.

There's more but our bodies crave a high calorie diets because we are built to move. Our seditary lifestyle is a recent development and its slowly killing us. Our bodies are efficient for what it was meant to do.
This.

One of the downfalls to human advancement is that we develop systems and tools faster than we can biologically adapt. In the grand scheme of things, agriculture and farming hasn't really been around that long. And throughout human history, most civilizations didn't have the same access to high calorie and high fat foods. Most of the time our diets were based on what we could get. Not what we liked. Muscle mass is the cheat code. The more you can put on, the more calories you can consume without storing fat.

Just eat less breh. All that mental gymnastic isn't necessary.
Nah I have a huge appetite
I think it’s the weed
I tried berberine but I think I got hungrier

Intermittent Fasting really helped tho in controlling my appetite.
If I let go of the weed, liquor and do that I’d look like superman

Just had a blunt and started thinking....

Calories, that's such a fukked up thing.
Imagine holding nothing more but a handful of nuts, and that alone BAM 300 calories.

Ok think about that for a second, 300 calories from nothing more than a handful of nuts, which to me is much less than a snack.
But if I wanted to burn that same amount I had to simulate being in the forest and being hunted by the predator and running for 45 minutes on a treadmill.
How nuts, no pun intended, is that?

The input/output ratio of the human vessel is a SCAM!!!
Our bodies are like paranoid doomsday preppers, holding on to every calorie.

You know how you can't delete files on a corrupt hard drive? That’s fat. It’s undeletable bloatware.

If I built a robot that needed this much fuel just to sit on a couch, I’d be fired, but I didn't make the human body, allegedly god did.
So what does that say about god?

I'm saying, if an omnipotent architect actually designed this vessel, why is the fuel intake system so buggy?

As a former programmer I can say, this is not intelligent design, this is spaghetti code!!

A benevolent God doesn't program a being to crave energy it can't process without getting fukked up. This isn't a temple, it’s a beta-test that went wrong, and the Developer ghosted us a million years ago.

Does god exist? If so he is a terrible engineer, a hack. He a cosmic intern that lied on his resume!

I really really got a sweet tooth after the blunt, I hate that, what can I do now?
I have ice cream in the freezer and some awesome cookies but i'm trying to slim down.
think of how much work it takes to take a nut out of its shell without a nut cracker.

It would be a ripoff if you had to find a rock and bash and almond for 5 minutes just to get 3 calories

So those are my options, one extreme or it's opposite extreme?
No middle ground?
