That Sting video was powerful. You see how he clasp his micstand in the last few seconds. Sting did that that so hopefully Noel Gallagher won't have to go through that.

Vocally he provides a great character and swagger to all his tracks. Actually vocally he's up there, now he doesn't write and all of this
talent in delivery I'm pointing to might be the result of tedious time in the studio - perhaps enjoying the benefit of great direction from producers and more studio time then most artists have available to them. Dancing - no complaints - his moves look simple yet a slight touch of choreograph to it - not expecting much from a executive turned recording artist.
I could see his ultimate collabs being
With Will Smith or Mac Dre - both of these artists bring vocal character and a smooth laid back style of delivery and content
