when you have no money coming in. you can be broke at the moment but if people owe you, you still in the game.
also, if your fam stops helping you (sometimes shyt gets rough). i been broke as hell but i had people around me that helped me to maintain.
so when you have no money on the way and your support system gives up on you, then you are dead broke. imo.
