Donuts.
I had one yesterday and had to spend a few hours in the gym hoping it burned off. It did.
Far as thread, diet isn't too great but not a horrible eater. I do drink mostly only water. Except for coffee for breakfast like I'm doing now. Mostly eat these flatbread breakfast sandwiches and a fiber one bar. Try to eat plenty of fiber and protein. Usually take a Kellogg protein bar to work. That and a fruit pack. Love those lately. It's got cheese, red and green apples, and grapes. Nice little snack that's healthy and tastes good. I mostly eat chicken or pork chops and also fried plantation for dinner. Everything else is mostly random junk. chicken tacos or burritos when it's days like taco Tuesday, Jimmy John's when I feel like splurging, Starbucks, or any other random junk. I do tend to read nutrition labels more now and compare between flavors. Look for more protein and less fat and sugar. Although I sometimes get too crazy and buy things i shouldn't. Like these Oreo churros I got in the oven. That's what happens when you go grocery shopping on an empty stomach and start to experiment. It's like a fat person is trapped inside of me, wanting to try all this junk when i go grocery shopping. Gotta stop myself from doing that. I'm trying to minimize sugar but that's impossible. Put it in my coffee, and all the fiber and protein bars i eat have them. So I just minimize my calories and look for stuff that don't have much fat. Or I just eat a decent breakfast and dinner, while going light or skipping lunch most days.
