What's your dress code like at work?

For the brehs/brehettes on that 9-5 life, how do you dress on a normal workday?


Personally I work in IT and wear pretty much the same thing I'd wear if I wasn't at work. Jeans, polo shirts, sweatshirts, etc so straight casual for me on the daily.

I'd say business casual. I usually wear a dark blue button up and a pair of dikkies. Or maybe it's uniform since I do have a tie and vest. It's a combination I guess.

I also work in IT and I pretty much don't even have to put much thought in what I wear.

There's no dress code. I dress however I'm feeling that day...

Also there's some policing with hair, mostly targets Blacks.
"You can only wear your hair colors that fits with your skin tone"
But there's been some bias with white female employees who dye their hair different colors.
I can get away with wearing light brown thru black
For the darker skinned Black women they can only wear their hair Black.
You also can't wear a lot of jewelry or big earrings.
