What's your favorite cheese to put on a burger?

I'm making juicy burgers tonight and I went to the deli and picked up a few pounds of American, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Smoked Gouda, Havarti, Munster, Monterey Jack, and Swiss.

I've had some of these on different occasions but I'm gonna test a few of em out on a burger.
