What's your favorite Tupac album?

I'm currently revisiting Pac's music, never really got the chance to listen to any of his albums all the way through since I was born in 94. I never realized how much of his style is copied by these new nikkas, never knew Me & My Girlfriend was originally Pac's song (only heard the Hov/Bey version), never knew he dissed Jay-Z/Mobb Deep, kinda just completely missed everything he did while he was still alive.


As of right now, the 7 Day Theory is my favorite album of his. Bomb First/Hail Mary show off his trademark aggression, To Live & Die in L.A./Toss It Up are classic tracks and the rest of the album is perfect. The beats instantly take me back to that era of music and brings back so much nostalgia. I'm currently listening to Me Against The World and that might become my new favorite when I finish.

Me Against the World. It came out before out the East Coast-West Coast stuff, so instead of listening to Tupac shyt on everyone, we get to hear a thematically consistent piece of work wear Tupac bears his soul..there's a lot of highs and lows that come with that. It's a great combination of self-reflection and social commentary that we don't see again on All Eyes and 7 Day Theory. That's why it's my favorite album.
