You from the islands? This was an every day routine for me advised from my bush doctor for about 3 years..... I used to cut the sap out every day and eat it raw...... had a nikka feeling like a deity.....as long as I semi respected my body..... cut the sap out, hold your nose and swallow.... save the leaf parts to rub across your face\hair, or you can save them for later and boil them to get the pink out and pour it your bath water......

Yeah man. I was born in Jamaica WI, but I've been living in NYC since I was five. So basically I'm a Bronx nikka. That aloe is the truth. Unlike white people, aloe can be found in Torahs, Korans and Bibles.
