It seems like these days any special event has to be a surprise.

Someone’s having a birthday?
Surprise.

You haven’t seen your parents in a long time? (For whatever reason)
Make a surprise visit.

Even if you know a homeless person and you want to help them out…you create an elaborate surprise.

And it’s always recorded for the gram. For the reaction.

I borrowed this audiobook from the library about the world's first billionaire in the west and just today I heard a part about dude didn't do surprises or non appointments.
