:snoop:I was thinking "How can they think they can get away with this?" Truth is, they can. Their viewer-ship likely doesn't survive off of black dollars, so when they
want to cover Black-centric topics, they do patchwork and there is nothing we can do about it. Remember, this is the same country that for the beginning of its film
and television industry used white people dressed as caricatures of Native Americans for westerns, and laughable portrayals of Japanese for WW2 media.

Blackfacem no matter how they dress it up, is still chosen over a black woman who could actually represent what they were showing. End of the day, your culture is being
whitewashed, and often, lampooned.:francis:

The hard part is determining if this was done maliciously or very maliciously. I can't say ignorance played a part since they were well aware of what they were doing.
Fact is, even when they aren't being malicious, the results are exactly the same. THAT is the problem.

Hilarious. I dont like using words that white folk used against us but every black man or woman who had a part in this is a c00n:pacspit:
Knowing Numero Magazine and their history...there were more than likely NO black people involved in the making of this.

Its a European fashion magazine based in France.
