Got a promotion at work....forwarded it to a female colleague who always trying to give me "life advice"....she aint even respond

knew plenty of people like this. always tryna give u advice, talk to u in a condescending manner, bragging about their accomplishments. as soon as u start doin good for urself they start hatin and want the attention back on themselves

The older and older I get the more I see this. I can say that most of the cats that I went to highschool with are realest group of friends I ever had. No shade on them, but I can confidently say I'm in a better place than a lot of them, but they will be the first ones to congratulate me, say keep pushing, etc. We can kick it without any animosity towards one another.
It's the "friends" I had in college that were the fickle ones. It's hard out here for a lot of grads, I eventually got put on and now they want to have something backhanded to say every chance they get. I'm not one to flaunt, but if you ask I'm going to tell you what I'm up to and what I'm trying to accomplish. The same dudes I dormed with my freshman year kinda stagnated. While I grew; personality wise, financial wise, socially wise, even the women I have in my life wise. I can't even fukk with some of those dudes anymore because they're always trying to do some passive aggressive belittling out of jealousy
