Lets see based on past exp. (1-2 months) T-mo and at&t usually sprint follows right after and then verizon will take about 6 months out.

Good shyt... your boy got AT&T 
KitKat means nothing if you don't have a Nexus phone, Google Play Edition phone, or Moto X. The best features such as interface change and the dial search feature only works on stock. shyt ain't gonna change much for you with bloated Note 3.
It will if you root it. Root it flash cm 10.2. They already have kit kat builds. Dial search works good on this note 2. Active display, the new android experience launcher etc.
Why does Verizon take so long to update their phones?
