So that word has replaced black now?

Well, for a long time it was mostly just us and white people. Now, more non-whites have moved here, and put their roots down too.

Black people aren't the only people if color...

which is precisely the problem with the term as it's commonly used. it includes others who don't face the unique discrimination and circumstances that Black people face. it's just another way for white people to avoid addressing Black issues specifically.

So does the word "human"... It's just a word to describe a group. Not that deep. It's not like the term "black people" doesn't exist anymore. Is "elderly" a bad word because it doesn't lumps old black people with old white people despite facing unique circumstances?
