When did this trend of 2 hour max time at black establishments begin?

Marietta changed a lot, and i saw it before i graduated, (braves stadium moving up that way) back in the day while i was living in atl there were some spots that had limited time frames you could be at a table or area especially if you weren’t ordering more, but i can understand the logic, keep it moving

Let’s not forget the automatically added gratuity, no matter what. I went to a black owned spot that surcharged me 6% because I ordered alcohol.

It’s a popular restaurant here in Nola Called nice guys, but they added gratuity to our shyt and they were short staffed and it’s madness

Yeah you’re right here. I don’t see sending multiple hours with my gf or wife at a spot, but a big party could spend more than two hours there with no problem.. especially when you have people coming in late or whatever.
