Back home I was strictly just listening to reggae/dancehall/soca as a kid, then as I got a bit older like 11 or 12, I started getting into more hip hop vibes after hearing the Swizz Beats and Bounty Killa track "Guilty"

After that I started getting more deep into it. Started listening to nikkas like Luda, Busta, Juvenile, Nas, Mase etc. I was recording most of them shyts on casettes n shyt too. Good times.

Nas - Hip Hop is dead

Been a fan of Hip Hop since the mid 90's. But He was name dropping legends like a muthafukka. Made a young breh like me look back at all the greatness in the history of this genre :mjcry:

"Mouth almighty tongue everlasting" I would rep you if I could... that song came out same year I was born, but I was living in a small ass midwest town so kids were still singing it in '88 lol

Started loving the music when I was 6/7 years old in like 90-91 watching Yo MTV Raps, In Living Color, Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Arsenio (damn the culture was lowkey strong in those days why do rappers act like theyre still breaking new ground in 2016) learning the words to Self Destruction, Parents Just Don't Understand; Same Song (young Pac was my favorite rapper before he was ya'lls favorite rapper :wow:); Pop Goes The Weasel; U Can't Touch This etc etc...
