Back then i always thought he was just trippin, but as i got older and started to deal with more women and even my mother, i realize she was at fault a lot of the time.

Yea, your mom will teach you that women can be loving, nurturing and have your back even when you fukk up in fantastic fashion.
She can also teach you how petty, conniving, and a pest they can be. Love my mom, but that special veil of "my mom can do no wrong"
is LONG gone. Its actually the way she approached relationships, usually with a financial upper hand, that convinced my to lay off
trying to get at women before I have my own slice of life.

She was usually pretty cool about just letting people live, but if the man she was around wasn't on his shyt, she has a way of snatching
that man-card right out of them. I'm not built to argue, so I couldn't date my mom. She don't like starting fights, but if a disagreement comes up,

Around 14. After they broke up. She would try to start arguments with me and gossip on the phone non stop. Thats when i realized most women crave drama and my mom is especially psycho.

See my mother is ultra religious. She was raised that way. My grandparents were like high up in the east bay COGIC stuff. I really don't know much about it lol, but they traveled cross country and were known. So my grandmother would bring neighborhood people in from east oakland during the 80s until she died. Like she was the older lady everyone called mama or grandma. So my mom was born from that and being the youngest she of course was the one who followed. So my pops had to deal with my mom taking in our crazy ass cousins and shyt who was getting in too much trouble and shyt like that.

Even though my parents are still together and my pops has been around my whole life me and him never got along like that. So I did automatically take her side on everything until I got older and realized that my mom's can be a VERY difficult woman to deal with at times and usually for no logical reason. One of the things that always plays back in my mind was how when we were younger she would always tell us "you better pass your grades during the school year cause I ain't sending you to summer school, if you couldn't get it right during the 10 months of regular school you can't get it right during the 2 months of summer school". I never had a problem with that because I never had to go summer school. But one summer when we were in high school, the school sent a letter to the crib about a summer class and recommended my lil brother take it, he had passed all his classes (even if barely) so this wasn't mandatory and he wouldnt even get any kind of credit for taking it but she still made him go. He had to get up every morning and sit in a class that he had already passed for 3 hours the whole summer. But if he would have actually failed the class she shouldn't have sent him to summer school to make up the credits so he wouldn't be behind even if he would have wanted to go . Shyt like that made me realize that it ain't always my dad's fault when they seem to be at ends about something
