I have a travel toothbrush that I keep at work for brushing after eating lunch.

I brush/floss/mouth rinse first thing in the morning (don't really eat breakfast and usually get coffee 30+ minutes after brushing, so no weird taste), brush after lunch, then brush/floss/mouth rinse again before bed.

I brush my teeth when I first wake up, eat breakfast then I brush my teeth again. I eat lunch and brush my teeth. Then I brush my teeth and floss before I go to bed

I low key think it's disgusting for people to brush their outside their home. You brushing with public restroom water? The same fauscet that 30 or so other people might have touched while washing doo doo off their hands?

Plus i gotta use that sink too, i don't want to wash my hands in bin where 30 people just spit and hack their mouth germs into either.
