When do you realize it’s over in a relationship?

I feel like some relationships end prematurely due to things that can be talked out, when do you just No that the chapter is ending soon. Exclude obvious things like suspect of cheating, I mean in a normal relationship that involves fights, insecurities, etc?

What if your not doing the latter, but there’s an argument every 3 weeks. I’m currently dealing with that, and have noticed she’s super emotionally abusive.
