According to internet rappers make 66 cents on a album. So that means Ross selling 400k only earns him 264,000. That's mad money and very good for him but compare that to 50 selling only 100k but making 800k+. What would u rather have??

I actually didn't think the album was bad. A few replays let me give it a 7. Just cause he not 03 50 anymore doesn't mean his music is horrible. nikkas be bugging like 50 need to still make hungry music. Hov don't even gotta make a 16 bar verse for the song to go plat. So why nikkas bashing 50 for still making music he enjoys and wants his fans to enjoy?

50 went on a promo tour doing interviews in basically every urban station in the country saying Smoke is the 2014 In Da Club...he just KNEW that shyt was gonna be a hit, and after that initial money he spent getting worked at radio that sh!t fell like a brick ... now he gets to see the actual space interscope was in, wasting their money trying to push his flopped singles...it's not interscope's fault, it's not jimmy iovine fault, it's not beats headphones fault...it's nobody's fault, 50's just washed...it happens...not every rapper is gonna have longevity as a top tier act

I'm guessing it's because he spent the entirety of the couple years he was hot trying to mock other rappers for their lack of commercial success...so now that it turns out he had a nelly career arc instead of a Jay-Z or even Nas type one consistent longevity wise, of course he's gonna get clowned

Stop it , 50 Cent is bigger than Ross and YG maybe not on the radio but people know him more he is not independent just because he has no label . It just means no one wants him at this point
