I dont think he has no arm. his throws, even short ones are just not weighed properly. at all. dudes with no arms could throw 5-10 yard precise bullets. geno just releases the ball on some fukk it lets see how it goes shyt. the same was true in college and is one of the main reasons I dont think he'll be anything great. he cannot control his throws as well as most nfl qbs

I like his game outside of that though. unfortunately unless he fixes that, he'll have a good amount of picks

And he appears to be a front runner. he will show out in a ugly win like he was nice even though he hasn't accomplished jack. Kinda like Cam Newton.

You look at the plays being called for Cam and tell me that we're using Cam the way he's supposed to be used...:childplease:

He celebrates first downs in 16 - 13 losses. I think they tried to run everything through him too much but as I said in a thread last year, Rookie head coaches and Rookie QB's don't mix. The Panthers tried to run the offense through him too much even though they had 2 solid backs. His development has stalled.

The regular version of Brooks wasn't that great to begin with. A bootleg version of Brooks?

The precedent has been set. If a QB gets drafted high, odds are they will get thrown into the fire and will either adapt or flame out.

However, the rules changes that has drastically helped offenses thrive as well as teams incorporated college offenses into the pros, its kinda hard to put up shytty stats unless you're just don't have what it takes mentally. I figured Geno would thrive because unlike Sanchez he was a starter for multiple years. He hasn't adjusted to the speed of the game which as caused him to be late in every aspect of passing including finding open receivers in time, throwing the ball in time and he's also underestimated the speed of defenses.

QB's are more prepared now coming out of college then ever before. Running more advanced offenses, and throwing the ball way more then QB's at the HS And College level did in the past
