I coach High School basketball and have to deal with black teens shooting each other regularly.

but what i do have to deal with is the fact that after i leave school the possibility of attaining a government job, or a job in law as I want will be hard a hell.

or the fact that the unemployment rate of black people here is 70% higher than white folks.
And he shouldn't write off all hip hop. If I remember well, the hiphop movement also helped in bringing more people into their organization.
