It happens. New York sounds like Texas in that regard.

It's people with murders back in 2015/16 who still aint went to trial yet. One dude was in county for so long he tried to escape.

fukked up thing was he wound up beating his murder charge but the state found him guilty on escape and gave him 99 years :heh:

That is fukking horrible!!!!! These states dinygive af about right to a speedy trial.

And yeah NY is ridiculous with the trial shyt. Especially murders. World got arrested in 2004, I don't think they went to trial until like 2013 or something.


That was federal, and also he was acting insane, and doing everything to push back a trial lol

Smearing feces in his cell and acting like he was not competent for trial

Tax should have been litigated, but pandemic, plus a lack of DA's in the Manhattan Office, from what I read. He's going to sit anyway on that federal gun charge. In the end, this may be beneficial for him, Bragg may be more willing to plead this out than Vance's office, and the publicity has died down, witnesses disappear into the void, prosecutors move on, cases get weaker by the year.

I think he could plead and get this down to like 10 years or 15. Plus his 10 on the federal charge.

justice system playing games like the movie SAW....he might as well commit that now :francis:
