Kobe talking about retiring again after his 2013-2014 contract is up yesterday.

Kobe Bryant says he might retire in two years from Lakers, NBA

Can't see Dwight staying long term after knowing Kobe is going to retire and Nash who is only a matter of time.

Not a laker fan so I really wanna know. Who will you guys stan after Kobe hangs it up and the lakers start to have disappointing/losing seasons (cuz I know for damn sure once that nikkas gone everybody off the laker bandwagon)

never too late for the heat bandwagon laker fans :win:

I want to doubt the Lakers, I want to say Dwight is screwed in a few years, but I just can't, they are too good. You can't fukk with the Lakers. They are the same team who came into this offseason maxed out on cap space and still managed to get a top 10 point guard and the best center in the league. Stars always gravitate to the Lakers. When Kobe and Nash retire in a few years, players will be running to the Lakers to be a part of their winning tradition. It's just the way it is, same thing with the Yankees.

I'll be glad I saw the light and stopped hating the Gawd ( @ myself) and was still able to witness greatness :lawd:

And for real, I really think the NBA (and us fans) is in for a rude awakening when Kobe, Garnett, Timmy and them retire, I just don't see that level of talent, work and passion in most of the younger players (Rose being one of the exceptions). Hopefully I'm wrong.

Speaking of Dwight, if he leaves LA it will just show what we all know, that's he's a b*tch (I hate it that i'll have to root for him this year) and that's he not built to carry a franchise, let alone the Lakers. To be honest, I've been saying to friends that I wouldn't be the least surprised to see him end on the Heat at some point.
