When Nick Foles can throw for 7 TD's, is it safe to say that Football has jumped the shark?

Foles did something that hadn't been done since the 60's. The season is barely half way done and two QB's, Peyton being the other, have already reached 7 touchdowns.

I don't know how good Nick Foles is, but he really only had 1 or 2 bad games in his 8 games or so in the 2 years and only that terrible ass Dallas game this year. He has yet to turn the ball over though and the Raiders couldn't touch him
