I find phones all the time at the club. Couple iPhones , Samsungs etc..all left by drunk patrons. Another time I found a cellphone (Samsung S6 ) and texted one of the dude's friends to let hime know I found the phone. I finally found owner who asked that I drop it off at a Starbucks near me to pick up I lost a couple phones and wished someone returned it.

If you find a phone ita best not to turn it in or you could be held liable. They could pressume you stole it and you could be up for charges. Keep it or toss it. If you want to be saint then text the friend a drop off point but dont look for the owner.

Return it/try to find the owner. Hell naw, B. I've even found wallets with money, and I ship them shyts in an envelope WITH the money still in it.

I ain't bout that "Finders keepers" life. Even made my sister take a nintendo DS to the local walgreens so they could find the person who lost it. In retrospect I should have
let her have itbut thats how I roll.

Found a iPhone SE a few months back downtown, dropped it off at the police station

My dad found a wallet with $700 cash in it when he was taking a taxi, tracked the owner down off her library card(that was the only identification strangely). Belonged to some big time surgeon or doctor. Lady asked how much my dad mortgage or rent was at the time(think he said $550) and that’s how much she gave him.
