fukk fukk fukk you manWith advanced math, you could get a really well paid (multiple 6 figure) job in finance or cryptography (for pure math). Private sector security jobs are booming. Interestingly, the largest employer of pure mathematicians in the US and UK (and likely many other countries) are intel agencies.
Idk about the natural sciences though. Only thing I could think of for chemists would be working for food companies like Nestle or something, but that might be more for chemical engineers.
I'm a CS junior myself. Made $35/hr + $1k/month last summer as an intern. About to start another internship $45/hr + $1k/month this time![]()
put them paystub pics so we know you ain't fooling
the things I could do with 35/hr while in college.
.With a degree in Math or Physics finding a job is not gonna be difficult.Well no shyt
But the other STEM fields don’t have nearly as many jobs, and require more to get the jobs they have.
At no point did I say CS and engineering are easy
That passion.Being a lab rat doesn’t pay unless you got a PhD.
My boy just got his in Biomedial Research and is looking to make 130K. After years of hunger, a shytty Corolla and commuting, he finally made it.

fukk fukk fukk you man
This is some bullshyt!!
Man I should've changed my fukking major 3.5 years ago fukk all you bytches bragging online !!!!
put them paystub pics so we know you ain't fooling
fukk manthe things I could do with 35/hr while in college.
45/hr in the real world.

A math degree is still good in accounting and being an actuary. Just have to get certified.Honestly they do shyt you wouldn't even think about.
Any lab type job they gonna get paid big.
Just a lot of bullshyt to go along with it. If they get them a Top Secret clearance them nikkas gonna be working at CDC's and nasa and shyt
Math degree is the only one imabout but most scientists are great at math regardless.
Most people in STEM are great at math
I'm a fellow CompSci breh what kinda programming do you do. I'm only on my second semester of JAVA but I plan to self study some Front end Web Dev stuff on my own like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript during the summer and then focus on my resume and a portfolio to hopefully get an Internship the following summerI'm not a fraud
And I shamelessly brag in hopes of getting more black people in the field. Not nearly enough of us.
We're so creative, too. We make every platform like Vine, Instagram etc pop off.
Imagine combined with software engineering skills how many Zuckerbergs we could have

This where I’m trying to get, I just finished my first semester for programming and trying to get to a level where I can get an internship and start stacking a bit. With advanced math, you could get a really well paid (multiple 6 figure) job in finance or cryptography (for pure math). Dang that much just for C++Internship wise, I did C++ desktop applications last year. Next internship I'm doing mobile stuff. Android and iOS cross platform stuff (Xamarin, React Native). I have some personal mobile development projects. Most my coursework is in C++.

. Math is pretty versatile too, but the most successful folks I see get Masters and/or a PhD. If you can do math, you can do anything.
