Thats one thing I hate about the WWE today...guys like Edge have like 80 title reigns. I like Orton, but realistically he should have like 4 strong title reigns, maybe 5. Cena would have like 8 or 9 at the end of the day. They need to start counting Ric Flair's other reigns to keep these clowns away from him.

Punk is one of the best wrestlers of all time. He excels in pretty much every role he's put in and can play any character.

You know, oddly as this may sound.
Orton should have had fewer titles, but longer title reigns.
Punk should have had less title reigns, but more titles.
As far as who is higher, slightly with Orton, just because Orton can work a program and match with anybody. Punk is different; he can work a great match with anyone, but program wise he needs that perfect person.
