i mean, how many PPVs has CM punk EVER headlined? RKO has headlined [FINAL MATCH] like 3 wrestlemanias and ends EVERY PPV he does as champ. If he came out, RKO'd bryan and walked out with the belt, right past HHH he'd be molten again.

CM Punk was getting struggle draws vs a (ACCORDING TO PEOPLE ON TSC, NOT ME) RED HOT ryback in a HELL IN A CELL and still was second fiddle to a rock vs cena match which was like 5 months away
