please know the facts.
The first charge wasn't Rape
He was accused of forcing himself onto a hotel worker
(He literally only was accused of trying to kiss her, still a sexual assault)
and it got overblown from there
The females bestfriend/co worker said the hoe bragged about having sex with Big Ben
but yet she later accuses him of trying to advance himself onto her and kissing her
get that shyt outta here
It was B.S. from the jump and everyone knew it
The 2nd one was more sketchy.
He was accused of taking advantage of a drunk female he was partying with all night
They were both bar hoping and had been to 7 bars together
He allegedly lured her into a bathroom
with the help of his bodyguard
and forcibly fukked her
That same night they administered a rape test with the rape kit
No male DNA was found nor Semen on her, or her panty's
The female dropped all charges after she sobered up a week later
and
The D.A. said they didn't even have enough evidence to even accuse him
Per the 1st officer on the scene- "Mr. Bright, the local district attorney in charge of the case, said that 'when the accuser first approached a police officer outside the nightclub immediately after the incident, 'The police officer asked 'Did he rape you?' And her response was 'No.' Then he asked, 'Did you have sex?' And she said, 'Well, I'm not sure.' "
