I was in Praia years ago and enjoyed my time there. Some of the most beautiful women I've ever seen live in Cape Verde. I didnt get a hint of racism from most people i encountered. There were some rude old men but those are everywhere on earth.No, I heard about it and saw a video
The weather was amazing and the food was great. Only thing that sucked was not knowing Portuguese.
