People keep talking about how Wu-Tang members are past their peak...when do you think each one was at their peak, as an MC? Not what was their best album...when were they at their best, as a rapper?

Ghostface - Supreme Clientele

Raekwon - Immobilarity

GZA - Liquid Swords

Method Man - Blackout

RZA - Wu-Tang Forever

Cappadonna - Ironman (Winter Warz)

ODB - Return to the 36

Masta Killa - No Said Date

U-God - Wu-Tang Forever (or MAYBE Dopium)

Inspectah Deck - Wu-Tang Forever

For U-God it's Dopium or Keynote. Both are dope albums.
Meth it's 4:21 after lackluster performances. He's been killing EVERYTHING since The Day After

Cappa peaked as soon as left the booth during this track. His flow on that last verse :wow:

immobilarity for Raekwon? :dahell:

Cuban Linx is what defined Rae as an MC. I dont even believe the hype that Ghostface outshined him.. Rae set the tone

In regards to u-god I think a better question is "when did he reach his peak as a weed carrier?"

that time they crossed mexico and and he gave an agent the slip by swallowing all the hash, GOAT moment in weed carrier history breh

Raekwon won't even admit he made Immobilarity at this point. OB4CL was his zenith; as for Meth, I would say 4:21

yo my man .............you come through with a solid fresh thread and then pretty much nailed your own question man ....................only thing i would say is raekwon it was after obcl but before immobilarity
everything is pretty much on point but i feel gfk had 2 peaks
one where he was talking the straightforward hardbody mafioso stuff...........peaked on obcl/ironman
then the abstract conscience stream peaked on sc

Immobilarity absolutely was Rae at his best lyrically. The album was a mess not because of lyrics, and everything he was spitting in 98-99 was next level

I say Meth in 97-98 Tical 2000 era

Ghost from Pretty Toney to Fishscale

RZA - Wu-tang Forever/ The Pick, Sickle, Shovel

Ins - 96/97

GZA - Legend of a Liquid Sword

ODB - Return to the 36

Masta Killa - No Said Date

U-God I don't even know :russ:

Cappa - Ironman
