Can't really tell since it's such a casual question often dropped during light conversation.
I've built a staunch reputation of being a carefree dude that people would say "Doesn't sweat the small stuff." or whatever, so people know not to openly ask me that shyt expecting anything more than a "I'm doing good, man, yourself?" answer.
I don't really care if anyone else cares, to be honest. I just need 'em to treat me with the same respect that I'd show them, work together if we have to and keep things moving without any static. I'm more concerned about THAT, than dudes wanting to know how my personal is going. It goes, now let's accomplish whatever we got to do that warranted us meeting together.

There's another one across the street who will not only greet you but chop it up for a few minutes. Gave me a tip once that involved skipping the DMV and getting my ID renewed somewhere else.

No. Therefore, I give generic answers. Same for when people ask, "what am I going to do...", "what did I do..." and so on, I usually respond generically or with "Nothing." It's all pointless small talk to me, akin to talking about the weather.

I have ONE real friend. Just one. All I need. I texted her and she came running. The rest are passer-byes. The other is my partner but we do the dirty so he don't count.
I also have older people (not in my family but just from being around) in my life that really care about me too. I'd rather talk to someone older about my problems any day.
