As someone who has the capability to program and build applications/games/scripts/tools I realize the need to have an effective EULA. Intellectual property is one of the most least respected things in this world. I love seeing people gawk at me when I announce my consulting fees. Brain power and the things it develops and the way it's developed is hardly ever respected.

I can, however, still understand where the other side is coming from. Even though I can't remember the last time I bought, sold, or borrowed a game.

Games I don't play anymore usually end up lost in a box somewhere, I'd rather take no money for it then let Gamestop rape me, and if a friend tells me a game is good chances are he's not going to let me borrow it and/or ill just buy it for myself.

Ultimately, I'm in this for the games and for whatever system that nickel and dimes nikkas less.

After all the fukkery if XB1 ends up having a stronger lineup than the PS4 (which I doubt :troll:) I'll probably cop the XB1 and take measures to go snitch-proof. Now if both systems are out to fukk me in the ass financially and have little to show for it. I'm keeping my money and sitting out next gen. :yeshrug:
