This is the thing a lot of men forget they will be eating their meals and the woman will be eating the same but add a pregnancy and that woman unless she goes to the gym before it is hard to lose that weight.

If you look at the eating habits of a lot of women, it's pretty much binge eating by proxy of their social circle...or mindlessly grazing and taking in 2-3x the caloric intake they need.

My girl would do stupid shyt like go take a shower after we stop to get food....and then i gotta sit and wait 20 minutes for her to get out, re-heat the food so we can eat together.

when i lived with my ex she used to feel a way if i ate without her as wellI knew a chick that worked all kinda crazy hours and demanded her man waited for her to eat. Her ass was getting home at 1030/11 some nights and he was expected to wait for her to eat.
