When y'all apply for a new job, do you look at company pictures?

Been applying for more jobs and some of these companies pictures be looking This one company I'll be for look all Hispanic. I can deal with whites, but ain't never worked around all Hispanics

if I don't even see one token I would apply but I wait for that rejection letter and the very next day I would get one

I’d rather work wit Mexicans then whites any day of the week

never had problems wit any Mexican i came in contact with at work

when I was teaching, I would purposely seek out schools that had a majority white staff but a high black student population…I was all but guaranteed to be hired
