The only women that don't have IGs in their 20s, are weirdo women who are behind the times or hyper-conservative church women who think anything internet related is "the devil."

Not at all.
But for some reason, the people that do are indeed weirdos.
I know a lot of women in their 20s and 30s at all different stages of life: fast-food/Wal-Mart workers, PhD candidates, doctors, strippers, lawyers, engineers, single mothers, happily married, pilots, weatherpeople, rappers, politicians, etc.
And the only ones in the 20s age range who don't have IG (and Twitter I suppose should be included) are weird or hyercons. women.
This is a sample size of about 50 at least.
