there are the red winged ones mid stage.
all you gotta do is get to them w/ the blue...and that's easy enough....just make it to the P switch, there will be a set of coins that turned into blocks right in front a set of red koopas..from there you can just gulp one and fly moat of the stage

Yea a few of those levels really tested your mastery of Super Mario World.
Super Mario 3d world had some really challenging special levels too. I still say that game will age the best of any Mario game ever.
